Why are all of our clients satisfied?
Every company wants their clients to be happy. But for us, it's the cornerstone of our business. The reason is simple: Our customers are also our sales representatives.
On an annual basis, 75% of our new clients arrive because we were recommended to them by an existing client. Therefore every dissatisfied customer would reflect negatively on both our results and on our client acquisition.
To ensure that our quality stays high, we select 20 to 30 clients per annum. By limiting the number of clients, we can focus on providing quality work. We aspire to grow rapidly, but not at the cost of quality.
Once you become a client of Trimedia, we commit ourselves to a long-lasting collaboration. It doesn't mean we'll be knocking on your door everyday. It simply means we're there when you need us.
